1. Eligibility

• The Puppy Grooming Package is available for puppies under 16 weeks old.
• Toy breeds (including but not limited to -oodles, Maltese, Pomeranian, Bichon, Terriers, etc.) are eligible for the package price of $299.
• Other breeds are eligible for a 10% discount on grooming sessions if under 6 months old.

2. Vaccination Requirement

• Puppies must have completed their 2nd vaccination before attending the first grooming session. (Vaccination Certificate may require)

3. Package Validity

• If purchase as a gift, the 5-session Puppy Grooming Package must be used within 6 months of purchase.
• 5-session include one Premium Bath, two sessions of Bath & Tidy, two sessions of Full Groom.
• All sessions are interchangeable to suit your needs.
• 1st grooming session must start for puppy under 16 weeks old.
• All 5 sessions must be used within 12 weeks period.
• All sessions must be used before puppy reach 30 weeks of age.
• For any reason the bookings are not made before the puppy reached 30 weeks of age, the bookings will be forfeited from the package. No refund will be made.

4. Extras:

• The Puppy Grooming Package includes only standard grooming services described in our Services & Prices list. Any additional services not covered under the standard grooming (e.g. special shampoos, flea treatments, de-matting, etc.) will incur an extra charge as per our current price list.
• $20 gap fees will apply for puppies for each session after reach 10 KG during the program.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
• Missed appointments without notice will be forfeited from the package.

6. Health & Safety

• Puppies showing signs of illness (coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious conditions) may be refused service for the safety of all pets.
• We reserve the right to stop a grooming session if a puppy becomes highly stressed or aggressive.

7. Payment & Refunds

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• Packages are non-refundable once purchased.

8. Final Interpretation

• Furberry & Co reserves the right of final interpretation of this program and its conditions.
